Theq ("the Application", "we", "our", or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the application and its services. Certain information may be shared with workshops or service providers solely to fulfil service requests. Information visible to a workshop may include your name, service request details, appointment or request date, issue descriptions, and uploaded images. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Accounts are created and secured using your mobile phone number. We send a one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS to confirm your number. You may optionally add and verify an email address. Authentication is provided through Google Firebase; by using the application you agree to the applicable terms of that service.
The application may send push notifications, SMS messages, and service-related alerts to provide important information regarding requests, appointments, or account activity.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users may delete their account at any time from within the application (Settings → profile → Delete account). Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and access to associated data is permanently removed. Certain information may still be retained where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
The application relies on third-party providers to support core functionality: Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications, configuration), our cloud database and file-storage provider, and an email delivery provider for verification messages. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The application does not use advertising or third-party analytics or tracking.
Theq is not directed to children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Theq reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

قد تتم مشاركة بعض المعلومات مع الورش أو مقدمي الخدمات فقط بهدف تنفيذ طلبات الخدمة. وقد تشمل المعلومات الظاهرة للورشة اسمك وتفاصيل طلب الخدمة وتاريخ الموعد أو الطلب وأوصاف المشكلات والصور المرفوعة. نحن لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.
يتم إنشاء الحساب وتأمينه باستخدام رقم هاتفك الجوال. نرسل رمز تحقق لمرة واحدة (OTP) عبر رسالة نصية لتأكيد رقمك. ويمكنك اختيارياً إضافة بريد إلكتروني والتحقق منه. تتم خدمة المصادقة عبر Google Firebase، وباستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الشروط المعمول بها لتلك الخدمة.
قد يقوم التطبيق بإرسال إشعارات فورية ورسائل نصية قصيرة وتنبيهات متعلقة بالخدمات لتقديم معلومات مهمة حول الطلبات أو المواعيد أو نشاط الحساب.
نتّبع تدابير إدارية وتقنية معقولة لحماية معلومات المستخدمين من الوصول غير المصرّح به أو الاستخدام غير الصحيح أو الإفصاح أو الفقدان. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني بشكل كامل.
يمكن للمستخدمين حذف حساباتهم في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب). وعند حذف الحساب لا يمكن استعادته، ويُزال الوصول إلى البيانات المرتبطة به بشكل دائم. وقد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض المعلومات في الحالات التي يقتضيها القانون أو الأمن أو الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
يعتمد التطبيق على مزوّدين من أطراف ثالثة لدعم وظائفه الأساسية: Google Firebase (المصادقة والإشعارات الفورية والإعدادات)، ومزوّد قاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات السحابي، ومزوّد إرسال البريد الإلكتروني لرسائل التحقق. وتعالج هذه الخدمات البيانات وفقاً لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ولا يستخدم التطبيق إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع من أطراف ثالثة.
تطبيق ثق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية منهم.
يحتفظ تطبيق ثق بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه في أي وقت. ويُعدّ استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التحديثات موافقةً منك على السياسة المعدّلة.
